## How it works
1. A request arrives (leave, WFH, attendance fix, timesheet).
2. Vector applies the policy and routes it to the right approver.
3. The approver decides in one tap.
4. Balances, archive, notifications and next steps update automatically.
5. AI assists (drafts, summaries, answers) with humans in control.
